Max Isaac
Max has more than 30 years of general management and consulting experience in North America, England and Europe. He is a leading expert in the field of leadership and organizational behavior.
- Max has assisted CEOs and senior leaders with the design and implementation of organizational development programs, performance management systems, Six Sigma initiatives and executive compensation programs.
- Co-author of "The Third Circle - Interactions That Drive Results," Max also contributed the Team Leadership sections of Mike George's books "Lean Six Sigma" (McGraw-Hill 2002) and "Lean Six Sigma for Service" (McGraw-Hill 2003).
- Prior to moving into the field of organizational development in 1989, Max was the CFO for the retail division at Molson's, where he took a lead role in growing the business to over $1 billion in revenues, doubling its size in four years through acquisition and internal growth.
- Max was educated at Witwatersrand University in South Africa where he earned a B.Comm Degree and postgraduate certification. He is a Chartered Accountant.
Kevin Carson
Kevin has 15 years of process improvement and consulting experience in North America , Europe and Asia. His focus is primarily on the design and deployment of the infrastructure and tools required to ensure the success of Six Sigma initiatives.
- As an external consultant, Kevin has assisted senior management teams with the implementation and sustainability of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and other change initiatives.
- Prior to his consulting career, Kevin worked in the automotive and consumer electronics industries, holding various management positions in product design, lean manufacturing, purchasing and finance.
- He is a contributing author to the chapter on project selection in the book "Lean Six Sigma" written by Mike George, as well as articles and white papers related to Six Sigma.
- Kevin has a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Anton McBurnie
Anton's 20 years of hands-on experience successfully growing, turning around and managing companies all over the world has given him incredible insight into how organizations operate.
- As a strong communicator and co-author of "The Third Circle - Interactions That Drive Results," Anton leverages his deep personal experience and general management skills to the benefit of our clients.
- Over the last three years his work has included major global implementations of Six Sigma programs in Fortune 500 companies. His focus has been on fundamental organizational change, acceptance of the programs into the culture of the company and creating high performance executive teams.
- His previous positions include: President of the Canadian affiliate of Estée Lauder Cosmetics, a Fortune 400 corporation; President of Sparks.com, an Internet start-up; and COO of Premier Salons International, a 1500-unit retail chain of beauty salons. He also held a number of general management roles for L'Oréal in Japan , Hong Kong and France as well as for and Procter & Gamble in the UK.
- Anton earned his MBA in International Business & Marketing from the London Business School and his B.Sc. in Zoology & Psychology from the University of Exeter, England.
