Team Accelerator® Phase 2: Where the Rubber Meets the Road
The second phase of the Team Acceleration® process is all about getting results in real teams. The Team Accelerator Phase 2 translates the learning from the Phase 1 Workshop into specific, focused actions for each of the real life teams (functional or project teams) within the organization.

The Team Accelerator Phase 2 is available in a number of different work sessions, tailored to meet the unique needs of different teams. Typically we find that executive or complex teams require individually facilitated one- or two-day sessions. Whereas, for the rest of the organization, more flexible half- or one-day sessions fulfill their needs.
