All of our workshop events employ a unique combination of theoretical frameworks, experiential exercises, analysis of performance and root causes, and finally implementation planning. Listed below are some our standard events. In most cases, we are able to customize these workshops to a client’s specific needs and timeframes.

Most of our workshop offerings are available in the following languages: English, Spanish, French, Italian.

Team Accelerator (4 days)

This workshop is aimed at managers, executives and project leaders. It covers multiple theories related to individual and team effectiveness. Participants are exposed to topics through pre-session reading, team-based exercises and classroom discussion. Team performance is measured and analyzed to facilitate the development of high-performance teamwork. Participants also receive personal feedback to ensure that they are able to make tangible improvements to their own effectiveness.

Team Effectiveness (2 days)

This workshop is primarily aimed at project leaders. Several frameworks are covered which directly relate to team effectiveness and the fundamentals of change. The processes employed are similar to Team Accelerator, but less extensive in their scope.

Team Diagnostic (1 day or less)

This workshop covers the Belbin Team Role Theory as it applies to a team and the individuals on that team. This tool helps identify potential failure modes based on the composition of the team. In full-day events, the teams also are exposed to basic teaming skills and useful templates to ensure effective interactions within the team.

Belbin Certification (2 days)

This workshop and the associated pre-session reading, lead to certification from Belbin Associates, U.K. Participants emerge with the ability to administer Belbin team role profiles and properly interpret individual and team profiles.
